The information you share
The form collects your name, email address, target markets and the project details you choose to provide. These can include your business name, fragrance direction, quantity, timing, support preferences and notes. If you attach a scent quiz result, your mood, favourite notes, notes to avoid, desired character and inspiration are included with your enquiry. Quiz answers are not sent to Scentology until you submit the project form. It also records when your brief was submitted and your agreement to be contacted about it.
If you arrive through a campaign link, the form may include the link’s source, medium and campaign tags with your enquiry. This helps Scentology understand which campaigns led to project enquiries. Do not include sensitive personal information in your project notes.
How the enquiry is used
Your brief is stored for Scentology to review and follow up about your potential project. Submitting the form does not place an order, take a payment or subscribe you to a marketing list.
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database and are not displayed publicly. Website and hosting service providers process the information to operate the form and storage. An email notification or confirmation email is not automatically sent by this version of the form.
Storage and contact
Enquiry records remain stored until removed by Scentology. To request access, correction or removal of your submitted information, contact info@scentology.me and include your project reference if available.
The form does not use advertising trackers or save your contact details in browser storage. The hosting service may process technical request information and use essential sign-in or security cookies, including for access to this private website.
